Gun Bill HR 127 broken down

Here ya go. Here’s what’s on the table. Expect a huge push on this to come.

Where are the weasels that float around in here that are pro Biden but deny it and said this wouldn’t even come up? One of them is a “jer”k and the other is vermin. Fitting names if I say so myself... The first sheep in tbh to be led to slaughter.

      SheJack sure is entertaining.

The good news is, that law isn’t constitutional and SCOTUS would strike it down quickly and with reckless abandon.

...which is what the Left wants because they'll cry about that and use it as a push to pack the high court with more bodies that they get to choose.

Sadly you are right. Used to be keep eyes on both hands. Now it’s like trying to watch an octopus do multiple card tricks using slight of hand. And if you can follow those, there are back ups.

I have a feeling that even though most Democrat bump their gums about wanting to pass bills like this, I think when it comes down to a vote, some of them will vote against it because they would lose their seat. A lot of them are from areas where gun control bills like this would be a death sentence for their career. I do believe most will try hard and I'm sure the administration will try to use EO's to push as much of it as they can.

I'm curious about the states like Texas, Missouri, and others who have claimed themselves a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary. Should a radical gun bill get passed, what would it mean for those states? Most will state that Fed law trumps state law but let's apply that argument to Marijuana. I believe a bill like that passing could make the difference in succession talks being taken seriously for the first time in many states.

.....from Another site, in response to this bill

We need a civilian court established to deal with Representatives that introduce legislation so blatantly anti-Constitutional that will remove them from office and charge them with treason.

If a state refuses to comply with federal law the the state can loose federal money for things like education and highway funds. This is my understanding.

What we need is a constitutional convention NOW! I believe there are enough red states to get er done and put in ironclad protections against the communist democrats. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conven...s_Constitution

Republicans now control the legislature in 34 states almost a 70% majority. No reason they can't get it done.

Exactly! The complete refusal to even discuss this at the party level in any state legislature tells you everything you need to know. There are 2 parties but they aren't Repubs and Dems. They are the ruling class and the ruled. If the Republicans truly wanted to stop what is going on, just discussing a convention of states in state legislatures would shake the Democrat party to the core because they know they can't stop it if it starts.

They also control the legislature in the swing states that has voter fraud. You see how that went.

                              Republicans are NUTLESS!
