It would be absolute craziness to see how West would be treated in those areas of the state.

I don't think he would carry alot of deep east Texas either. Texans don't tend to deaux well with "outsiders" quickly, but the state has shifted and continues to evolve. As noted, he is not in that vain of as now anyway.
