Hes a gungrabbing John McCain 2.0 is what I hear, he thinks violence is never the way, I think his PTSD distorts his rational thought, he served an unjust for profit war who wouldn't be screwed up had he not went over there.
I was an Army- EMT who covered training and would cover special ops and navy seal training, these guys literally could be compared to superheroes with the timing and physical endurance they display.
He thinks these type of soldiers could keep us free as in most of them do.

That is the idea that January 6th was some kind of "last stand" and a legitimate chance for Congress to overturn electoral votes. Congress has never had the authority to overturn the elections and to say otherwise gave many Trump supporters false hope. ( Personally, I don't think Cruz, Hawley and other Republicans who supported the effort believed it was possible either - they just were playing to their base and making a point) Crenshaw agrees that in many states the elections were held without adhering to their own established laws which left them open to fraud, but constitutionally, that has to be fixed at the state level.

Not to beat the red flag law dead horse but he said the idea should be discussed IF AND ONLY IF ROBUST DUE PROCESS CAN BE PROTECTED. You may not think that is possible - which is a reasonable position to take -but to throw him in with the gun grabbers is ridiculous. If you are actually interested in what he has said about it, read this:

I am not politically proficient as soMe here are but, I do t think anyone thought that Congress was going to overturn anything. Arizona started out with an objection to the electoral votes that could have possibly been sent back to the state to further investigate. Which should have happened there and a few others. From my understanding that would of allowed more time to investigate.

So now what happens with the 1000 affidavits that were signed and the rest of the evidence.

IMO there was no way we were ever going to see a case against voting fraud for it would have been detrimental to the whole system especially if proven that fraud had occurred during 2008 and 2012.

Crenshaw, McConnell, Graham have showed their true colors. I will leave it at that.

The founders in their wisdom eliminated that possibility. The states elect the president - not the people - so the states is where the fraud lies. I don’t know what the answer is other than getting patriots in those states to get control over the process. Even with a conservative majority Supreme Court has not been inclined to take it as an equal protection case.
So we just accept endless unfettered fraud so as to avoid the potential for an election to be invalidated?

I think you are confusing allegation with proof. An allegation should only prompt a full examination and investigation. Invalidating would only occur if it were proven

Good podcast with Crenshaw, Gowdy, Roy and UT Law Professor Steve Vladek. Recommended listening for TBH MAGA. TBH Q, on the other hand, seems hopeless.
