Yes and that isn't even the full list. It doesn't even account for the billions being sent to multiple countries.

You think that's bad...here's a few more. And the full pork stuffed document.

$169,739,000 to Vietnam, including $19 million to remediate dioxins (page 1476).
Unspecified funds to “continue support for not-for-profit institutions of higher education in Kabul, Afghanistan that are accessible to both women and men in a coeducational environment” (page 1477).
$198,323,000 to Bangladesh, including $23.5 million to support Burmese refugees and $23.3 million for “democracy programs” (page 1485).
$130,265,000 to Nepal for “development and democracy programs” (page 1485).
Pakistan: $15 million for “democracy programs” and $10 million for “gender programs” (page 1486).
Sri Lanka: Up to $15 million “for the refurbishing of a high endurance cutter,” which is a type of patrol boat (page 1489).
$505,925,000 to Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama to “address key factors that contribute to the migration of unaccompanied, undocumented minors to the United States” (pages 1490-1491).

$74.8 million to the “Caribbean Basin Security Initiative” (page 1498).
$33 million “for democracy programs for Venezuela” (page 1498).
Unspecified amount to Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Curacao, and Trinidad and Tobago “for assistance for communities in countries supporting or otherwise impacted by refugees from Venezuela” (page 1499).

This bill was a combo platter of the omnibus spending bill (5000 pages) for 2021 and the covid relief bill (600 pages). A lot of the items in OPs list were likely from the omnibus spending bill that get funded yearly...so it has absolutely nothing to do with covid relief.

or the billions given to tax exempt entities here in the U.S....churches got $7.4B in the first round of stimulus and who knows how much in this one. I'm still scratching my head as to how those who don't pay our taxes are entitled to tax payer money...including foreign aid

and just to be clear, only ~20% of the $900B is going to direct stimulus payments and unemployment relief. The rest is pork spending including huge amounts of corporate welfare

Y'all remember when Pelosi criticized Trumps $2,500 tax cut as "crumbs"? Now she's all giddy about giving us back $600 of our own money.

That ***** is going to burn in hell.

just think how much good we could do here with that give away money; and I don't mean giving it away here either.

maybe not add to our national debt... because you can't pay down debt with borrowed money.
