The reason why SC did not take Texas case

    https://populist.press/justice-caugh...on-fraud-case/

Maybe it is time we start to riot, that is how to get your way in politics.

Sorry but I don't believe that for a second. "Anonymous sources" are as untrustworthy for the right as they are the left. The "anonymous source" needs to grow a pair and say his/her name (Like thousands who signed affidavits did), or shut up.

I believe it and that’s what a lot of us knew to be true on this forum. No one wanted any of the voter fraud cases on their desks for this reason.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

"I don't give a #@&^ about 'Bush v. Gore'... at that time we didn't have RIOTS!"
You are going to have riots anyway. So what difference does it make.

You honestly think all three Trump appointee's would tuck their tail and side with libs? I don't. Maybe Kavanaugh. Not the other two. While I would like for this to be true, and I do think Roberts has a god complex, there is no way all three folded against the libs.

What riots have the Trumpkins started since the election? No body on the Trump side will riot, but for one or two nutjobs. And the news will paint it as every Trumpkin in America is rioting. Meanwhile, the left spent the summer burning down cities. But the MSM portrayed those "protests" as "mostly peaceful". With cars, police stations, and sofa's on fire in the picture.

They're still counting the total cost of the "mostly peaceful" riots in 2020. Latest estimate is said to be approaching $2 billion.

ultimately it came down to states rights but yes i do think a large element to the decision to not take the case was the potential fall out.

Interesting. I don't know that I disagree, and obviously I am very detached from DC. But the whole point of the SCOTUS and lifetime appointments was that they would be disconnected from the politics of everything. Never have to worry about re-election, and rule on the merits of a case. And my reading or SCOTUS punting is, all 9 agreed that the case needed to go through the proper channels before it got to them. And Team Trump started this process.

If what you say is true (Again, I don't know that I disagree), then that VERY important part in the framework of our constitution needs to be revised.

                        Objection, hearsay.

You need solid proof to prove anything in a court of law. Hearsay, is not solid proof.

not why they declined or denied. No standing; which was a cop out.
