    Critical Mass/End of Democracy

I have a theory that forms of government and their respective economic/political/philosophical systems are largely dependent on the size of its population. Also, that because of our current and ever increasing population a democracy can no longer work. I don't pretend to know what comes next.

    So....

In the very beginning we were tribal. If I killed a beast it was understood I shared it with the tribe. Same with the women collecting roots and berries. So in small tribal clans we basically operated in a Communist Dictatorship with the clan chieftain being the "chairman".

Eventually the population of the tribes increase as well as confederations driving the population even further. A monarchy is born because now there is not enough to go around and so we must have a peasant class and a ruling class. The Oppressors and the Oppresses.

Eventually the population increases to the point to where the peasants far outnumber the monarchy and ruling class. They are tired of not getting their fair share and so off with their heads and a democracy is born. Rule by the people but this is okay because their is plenty to go around. Plenty for all. The industrial revolution is just around the corner.

Eventually the population gets to be 330 million people. A democracy can no longer work. There is not enough to go around in our current system riddled with bureaucratic bloat and fraud. Also, the idea that there would be democratic consensus of the direction of the country with 330 million people and their competing cultures is a mathematical impossibility.

Many would argue we live in plutocracy or a bureaucracy and I tend to agree but I don't think this is the next step. I think each time something new and revolutionary happens. A new system of government may be on the horizon. Democracy 2.0 but by another name and definitely its own unique system.

I have been thinking about a ton of jobs being lost to AI.

We will have to pay folks good money to stay home. Guess a serious planed-demic could adjust the numbers............

I think the children of today will probably see full automation. Think IBM Computer of 1971 to current nano computer. What concept is money when machines can literally do everything for you and it cost nothing for them to do it? What economic/political/philosophical system supports that? Hope I am dead and gone lol.

You need to look into the Nationalist movement, which is inherently tribal and self-preserving.

I think the size of the population is not that big a contributor to downfall, until you link it with forced diversity and multi-culturalism. That combination destroys a nations identity.

My simple take is we are witnessing a war on Western Civilization, by the very folks that benefited greatly from Western Civilization, while knowing they did not contribute to Western Civilization, much less create it. The Globalists are in the same boat, and on their side.

          Rant off

What kind of life is it if you're not doing anything? I enjoyed putting up Christmas lights tonight with a rum drink, some of my neighbors pay others to do it. What fun is it ?
What is hunting without the back to woods/country feel? I may not be dead and gone when it comes but I don't think I'll participate because that aint living

This, It's i HIS plan and I think what we see in the future will not be in anyone's wildest imagination or crystal ball. He gave us many many signs in the Good book and they are happening quickly, notably Israel.

Not enough to go around? The poorest of our poor are fat as house cats and have smartphones.

I hate putting up Christmas lights. The only things I hate more are painting and taking them back down.

Very interesting - the graduated wealth gap and continued polarization of sides leaves a lot to the unknown. Technology advancements are only causing more division and uncertainty.

Becoming very clear that things are changing. Where it’s headed is completely up in the air.
