When was this pressure first applied?
Can you give specific examples?

I hope the Harvard Law graduates know as much as you do! Case is a slam dunk!
However, it’s obvious that there is an assault on our constitution. This is just one example that we can site. It was a slam dunk decision, and should have been 9-0 if 3 of the justices weren’t liberal activists and 1 a compromised “constitutionalist”.
I would hope that even you could agree that you can’t limit someone’s ability to worship and assemble. It’s pretty black and white and our most basic constitutional right.

He legislated from the bench.
Said the penalty for mandate was a tax.
The bill as written, which is their job to say ye or nay, the penalty was just that, a penalty

You side step and then name call.
All because you have no direct exact proof.
It is either that, or you don't know how to properly articulate it which is pretty much the same thing in the court of law.

Please educate us “nearly failed 8th grade civics” people on the 1st amendment and how it applies to Governor Cuomo’s attempt to prohibit people from going to church.
I’ll wait...
I will take the opinion of John "Ivy League Law trained " Roberts over anyone on this forum.
You get your constitutional review from the back of a Corn Flakes box.
I wouldn't trust your rendition of things.
Gov Cuomo limited gatherings to quell the spread of a unknown airborne virus.
Trump did the same thing and nobody said nothing.
