it's funny to read folks on the internet who probably nearly failed Civics in 8th grade, say that a Supreme Court Justice doesn't understand or know the constitution. A justice who deems himself a constitutionalist at that.

However, it’s obvious that there is an assault on our constitution. This is just one example that we can site. It was a slam dunk decision, and should have been 9-0 if 3 of the justices weren’t liberal activists and 1 a compromised “constitutionalist”.

I would hope that even you could agree that you can’t limit someone’s ability to worship and assemble. It’s pretty black and white and our most basic constitutional right.

Said the penalty for mandate was a tax.
The bill as written, which is their job to say ye or nay, the penalty was just that, a penalty
