    Web tech guys...explanation of being de-platformed plz.

    The conservative Treehouse is being de-platformed...I'm totally ignorant on how the details of the inter webs work.

    Is this a big problem for TCT & why couldn't they just jump ship to whoever handles other conservative sites like Gateway??

    Is this something that could happen to any anti-hunting / anti-gun site??

      They are going for the throat. Totally trying to silence us conservatives.
      They may not want the outcome of awakening the silent giant.

        The site is written in Wordpress (Platform) and hosted on servers owned by a hosting company. The hosting company is terminating their server hosting agreement with Treehouse cause they say that Treehouse didn't follow the rules. Ultimately Treehouse can move the Wordpress site to any hosting company that will support WordPress. And will probably save money by moving to a cheaper host in the process.


        Make sense?

        The MSM makes it out like they are deplatformed but that really isn't true. Wordpress sites can be used anywhere.

          What Samson said, but on top of that, depending on where they go, it will affect their search results on Google. So when they may have been #2 or 3 previously, they may fall to the second or third page of results. And who honestly googles something and goes to the third page of results?
