Watermarked ballots?

I'm hearing a lot of conspiracy about these so-called watermarked ballots that were created to expose voter fraud in key states, but have yet to see any concrete evidence. Anyone else come across this?

I hope it's true but I find it highly unlikely that such a thing could be pulled off without the left finding out about it early on. There are just too many people that play both sides for something like that not to leak out in my opinion. On the other hand, the Democrats just might be arrogant enough to go ahead with their plan even if they knew measures were taken by Trump.
