I am not sure about operation hammer. But here are some links about a software bug that changed votes.

If this turns out to be true, we need to make the democrats pay a very very heavy price.

This would also explain the "pause" that occurred at 1:00 am. (to install the bug) then the votes started to swing in Biden's favor.
