There are several comments that appear the poster didn't actually listen to the debate. His was one of them.

Some people just cannot stand someone standing up for themselves. They would rather have Mitt Romney, John Cornyn, or Bob Dole as their candidate.

Gclyde seems to have forgotten the D's dragging Barron, a 13 year old, into the "impeachment" proceedings. Or the D news networks refusing to cover it. But Gclyde is mad that Trump brought up Biden's "grown up" son that took $3.5 million from Moscow, got caught with prostitutes, high on cocaine, and who knows what else we don't know about.

This is what's funny about the He won't denounce the white supremacy crowd.. because Chris Wallis specifically said such as Kenowsha.. he was talking about kile Rittenhouse..

You're correct. I went back and listened again and must have misheard him live last night. I thought Trump took the first jab. I digress on this point but will stand by my others.

I'm not mad at all that Trump brought up and went after Hunter Biden, there's smoke there to follow. It was Beau I thought he took the first jab at that I thought was unwarranted but I was wrong on that front.

Yep, it's real. Only new place you'll see it though is either Breitbart or Citizen Free Press. Regular snews outlets won't say anything about it.

But I have been incredibly pleased with most of his policies and results since taking office. I never dreamed he would actually do most of the things he's done that I have liked. He can't help but putting his foot in his mouth in the process of getting something good done still, but at least he's getting some good things accomplished. I will definitely vote for him in November because of that.

But my opinion of him as a man hasn't changed a bit. It's possible to be a fiery and relentless champion of good causes without being a complete *** (see Ronald Reagan for an example). I keep wishing Trump could figure that out, but it's just not ever gonna happen for him, sadly. He is who he is. I'll take his results over the alternative for now. But I sure do hope and pray that our nation can somehow heal and come together and move back in the right direction again. I don't really see how that is possible right now, other than with divine intervention. God help us, because the inmates are in charge of the asylum currently.

As usual, Shane is on point [emoji106]

I agree with these sentiments as well. I hoped that he would calm down a touch as he settled into his presidency but that's clearly not happening. Can't argue with the results though and that's what matters most, just wish he could go about them in a better way.

I agree but then I start thinking about what trump deals with on a daily basis. The dems and the media are relentless, every day they throw something else at him. How can you blame him for being on the offensive. He has to be beyond frustrated. I give him credit just for hanging in there and doing the job. Look at mail in ballots, this is an incredibly low down scheme even for the Democrats. No matter how well trump’s policies work he is always on an un level playing field. Now he has to win PLUS. Kinda like all of us coaches at a baseball game when we get a bad ump, you have to beat the other team plus him.

Well said Shane. It’s amazing to me that logical thinking (allegedly) grown men can’t separate the two issues.

I for one couldn’t care less what he’s done in his private life, that’s between him and GOD on judgement day. I also don’t care how he speaks or acts, especially when being attacked. I want someone with a backbone up there to shove it back in the media and the lib’s face and even grind it around a bit. He does that well.

What I care about is how the country will fare under his leadership. So far I’m pleased with the exception of he hasn’t controlled the defect or debt like I wanted him to. I also haven’t been happy with his bump stock ban and some of his language regarding guns but hopefully he learned his lesson on bump stocks. But I can look at the bigger overall picture.
