If Covid can be racist I’m sure I’m not much of a stretch to the environment being racist.
Eventually 100% of everything will be racist and we will be back at square 1

Also termed environmental justice. Signed by Clinton in 1994. It’s where some communities, often poor, are disproportionately impacted by pollution than other neighborhoods. EJ seeks to rectify that by placing additional restrictions on the facility and/or emissions offset requirements anytime the facility wants to do an expansion or modification.

Galena Park is a good example. Decent neighborhoods at one point that slowly declined. The surrounding industry depresses home values, which attracts poorer families and traps others as they can’t sell their home. Higher than average benzene and other toxics are detected in the ambient air, so EJ is used reduce pollution and allocate funds to improve affected communities.

There was a TV show on PBS about this a couple months ago. Said there are more trees in rich neighborhoods and it's proven that areas with no trees are less healthy.

It's simply amazing how people can't take any responsibility for their own lives.

I saw this report and the woman standing there calling it racist. I just laughed and changed the channel. I have become desensitized to the term 'racist' and 'racism'. They are way over used and many times they are wrong too which is just as dangerous and destructive as someone that is actually racist.
