He wanted to meet with Jacob Blake’s Family as well, but something about them wanting a lawyer present ruined those chances. I have no idea why they would want one present if the President is offering a meeting. Bad decision by the Family.

Got to take the good with the bad when it comes to Trump. Still a million times better than smoooooth Barry. I would rather take Trump's unfiltered thoughts than Barry never uttering one word that wasnt calculated.

The fact the family wouldn't meet with the potus without a lawyer is totally irrational & bizarre...there is no explaining it other than TDS. Even Trump seemed frazzled by the request.

The folks with TDS here on tbh cannot even engage in normal dialog nor answer questions to simply explain / defend their post with facts...you get pinched often with your views (unfairly a lot of the time), but you always address every comment with coherent follow up even if it is agreed with or not & that makes for good thinking. TDS'rs ignore the hard questions & double down on their stance with more asinine drive by replies that add no value to the conversation.

And if you would take the time to watch the entire interview he does clarify. He does say couldn’t they wrestle him. But he also says he could have been going for a weapon who knows- He should have talked about LE with a broad brush and not talked about a specific incident that is under investigation

I did watch the whole thing - He said a whole lot of things. Including the question I quoted. He also reached out via phone to Blake's Mother, and attempted to arrange a meeting with the Family.

I think those things let you know his views on the subject. It's a terrible situation for all who were involved. It's complicated.

What we as the next sentence after talking about wrestling - something about maybe weapons and other things going on. See it changes a lot when you finish it out. Again he should not speak on a specific incident unless he is educated on that specific incident
