It was used since last year. Someone in Bubbas camp reported it. What’s your issue? It was investigated as it should have been. Bubba did not report it and as far as I know was happy with the result.

The noose reported & pic'd by nascar most saw on the very backend of the investigation after the backlash was completely & entirely bogus!! The picture was a last dish effort to crawfish from the truth where EVERY other garage door had the same pull loop...it was a publicity stunt & the FBI confirmed it to be false as did bub.
