RBG is so old and sick she can’t even hear 100% of the arguments...so tell me how she can render a ruling......

She only needs to see as I think the court arguments are written

That's what I've always figured when he screwed us on Obamacare, which was the first time he was anything but a solid constitutional conservative justice. But his kids are in their early-mid 20s by now. So the threat of them being taken away shouldn't be a concern anymore. It could have been the adoption deal 10 years ago, but it sure seems like they have something else on him that still makes him dance to whatever song they play.

I get the gut feeling Roberts just doesn't want to rock the boat with controversial rulings during an election year.

He's been screwing us off and on ever since the Obamacare ruling, election year or not.
