If the normal commercials aren't bad enough, they're literally running public service announcements here saying all the same garbage. It seems silly to most people, but believe it or not there are some fruitloops out there stressed out and losing their minds over this stuff who probably need that constant reassurance (cringe).

Somewhat related I guess, my Dad & I were talking a few days ago about spending money on hunting & fishing (property/deer leases, boats, etc.), and how some people act like you're just throwing money away. Those are the same people whose weekends consist of sitting on the couch, watching TV all day. AKA The same people who get fed all of what this thread is about, and they don't even realize it, and they definitely don't question it. Half the population is probably perfectly fine with being told to stay inside, that's what they already do under normal circumstances.

I had to run to walmarks to get a few things the other day. And of course it was probably the busiest time of day, so there was a line to get in since they are stopping you to keep people spaced out. I ain't wearing a mask, and there were other's in line that weren't either. But one lady and her daughter are in front of me. Wearing masks and gloves with Lysol wipes at the ready. I noticed in the few minutes it took to go inside that the lady would make eye contact with someone NOT wearing a mask and make a comment loud enough for them to hear it, clearly directed at the non mask wearing people. She finally turned and looked straight at me and just as she was about to make the loud comment, I literally glared at her and said "MIND YOUR BUSINESS AND I'LL MIND MINE. AND THERE WON'T BE A PROBLEM". She just huffed and walked on inside. Wearing her flip flops that were a size too small with her crusty heals hanging off the back and unmanicured toenails scraping the floor off the front side. I just laughed.

From just her size, I thought I was at the sale barn for a minute. LOL

I was at HEB the other day, no mask, and a produce stocker near me, with mask, let out a huge sneeze. I look over at him and start laughing because he is petrified about his sneeze. Then he starts trying to adjust his mask back into place only to realize his sneeze was so violent it broke the bottom rubber band holding the mask on. He becomes even more concerned. I continue laughing and told him it was going to be ok. Im not sure he understood english though. Everyone else made a b-line away from him. They didnt want the cooties. I continue to be amazed at how many "smart" people continue to believe everything they hear from the MSM or Govt officials. Whatever happened to critical thinking?

At least he kept the mask on, everyone I’ve seen sneeze or cough pulls their mask down to do so.
I guess they don’t understand the concept of wearing the mask.

I was in a Kroger today and most had masks "on", few had them on correctly. I did not have a mask on.

Thank goodness we are reminded of that in every ad whether they are selling pizza, cars, trucks, pillows, jeans, leaf blowers, pain killers, jewelry, eye drops or feminine hygiene products. They seem to use the same emotional piano music. If we weren’t reminded 50 times a day we would never know.

Who knew that the vast majority in this country were so easily persuaded and gullible.. If the MSM ever says that the sky is falling all out panic, on a level never seen before, will ensue... I would hate for my family, friends, or myself to be out on the highways.. It will be mayhem..

At least the "we are all together" ads are covering every group equally. I just saw one with a two gay men, two different mixed race couples, and another couple of unknown ethnicity or sex. It's very important that every commercial represent every possible group. If not, someone could get their feelings hurt!
