Why would anybody make a Virus meant to harm /kill people?

You’re not being serious, right? What better way to attack your enemies than with a virus like this one. You do know that in battle, it’s better to wound the enemy than to kill him, or make people to sick and weak to fight. Takes more people out of the fight basically, or at least in theory.

As for the question, it’s not a basic yes or no answer. It’s kind of like when testifying in court. Theory is that probably released on purpose, or possibly made to release in protestors in China, but somehow got away from the Gov’t and now it’s an “oh crap” situation.
