I don’t give a crap myself. I’ve made my own living all my life without any handouts, government or otherwise. Beats me why people might think that they are conservatives are already spending money they don’t have. Hint, if you talk the talk, walk the walk.

Don't qualify for a check, but I do qualify to help to pay it back, imagine that. Unfortunately this stimulus probably won't help, most Americans spend every penny they make and have zero put back, so this one check will help for 7 days or so when they get it. My generation and the one's since have never faced a actual crisis much less a panic like this, but our grandfather's and great grandfather's did and they survived and overcame it and prospered. So far the present population has demonstrated they can buy toilet paper, paper towels and barely survive 2 weeks without pay or semi-pay without a complete meltdown but it's not far away. This virus won't end the world but the economic destruction under way will surely not help matters at all. Emotion is driving all decisions at the moment, right or wrong. Money is all that matters whether you believe it or not, it drives everything and everyone, we can't live without it. So when you are hell bent on global economy destruction over a flu virus that will unfortunately take lives as they all do, I have to ask myself if loosing everything I have is worth worrying about catching said virus if my family doesn't have any financial resources left IF this virus doesn't get us first. Kind of a ****ed if you do, ****ed if you don't situation depending on what reporter, politician, athlete, actor, health professional, you are listening to at the moment. A mess for sure.
