    I'm glad I passed on a couple of assisted living projects(They are being developed all around here.) Looks like would could be thinning the herd if the chicken littles are correct.

      These were the numbers they were talking about for expectations in the US, at 70% infection rate. Mortality may only be 2% but across the US that’s a huge number to even think about.
      Not to mention the health care system would be completely toast WAY before we ever got to that number so who knows what it could be in that case.

      There's a reason the nations of the world are taking this seriously.

        Bingo. I'm in the senior healthcare business. This has huge implications to the entire health system should it start spreading in facilities. We deal with flu outbreaks every year, but this is far more dangerous for seniors according to the CDC calls we've been on. The CDC did say that those younger than 65-ish have almost nothing to worry about from a sickness standpoint. They also said this will likely spike and start going away soon like it has already started doing in China.
