The disillusioned, lazy and/or stupid (plenty fit all three labels) don't care if the world burns. They don't feel they're going to end up with anything great the way things are going, so dragging everyone else down with them doesn't seem much of a price to pay for radical change. Might as well go with the craziest ideology anyone's ever come up with and hope it works.

Trump should easily win again in November. But the fact so many millennials are so liberal is major cause for concern. Yes, youth and liberalism tend to go together...but in this case, there's not as much of a steadying influence from older generations as there once was. It's probably only going to get worse.

This is the line I always hear. Yes it's failed everywhere else, but "we" can do it the right way. The modern world has an epidemic of people with no real problems to fill out their day, and inflated ego's.
