How are these cases not thrown out of court? ( I know the answer )
If a cop lies to the court to get a search warrant everything that happens after that is thrown out in normal circumstances.
This entire thing was started by several lies to the court so, before trump leaves office I hope he has everyone pardoned by then AND had the government pay each of them millions in restitution.

It sure sounds like the jury was tainted & deserving of a new trial bare minimum if justice is to be served...this is also the same judge who gave Paul M solitary so I'm sure she held her nose going with Barr's sentencing. She really should have decided on a new trial before handing the 40mos.

If you get a chance to hear Trump's take on it earlier today while speaking on prison reform, it was hilarious. That guy knows exactly what & HOW to say to upset the other side & am really starting to enjoy his schtick simply for the entertainment!!
