It was confirmed on FOX and CNN, he was OFF suicide watch and was in a SPECIAL facility. Either way, it is dumbazzery to have a super high profile inmate unsupervised.

I heard this morning he hung himself with a pillow case but that might be incorrect info. I would think it is very easy to keep a prisoner from killing himself in a maximum security facility - they deal with that all the time. Whether his death was suicide and can be blamed on jailer incompetence or something much darker we will never know. No explanation will be satisfactory. There is nothing that could be announced that will make everybody say "OK, now I get it, that makes sense"
