Well, the did net more forfeited money than it cost, supposedly. Never seen that verified, but that's the narrative anyways. The media's track record isn't very good reporting the facts, so I never repeat anything they say as a certainty until I can verify somehow from the source.

Remember it was a million per mile and as with all gubmint contracts there is always a 100% cost overrun. Therefore you only get half what you pay for.
