I think the attention brought to the lack of action by the highly politicized bureaucrats in the FBI made it impossible to not do something. Once those plans to attack hospitals came out they had to do something. They really wanted for these devout Muslim terrorist to get in the wind and for no attention to be put on this devout Muslim terror training camp.
