HBR: Questions rather than answers

For all those interested there's a neat article in the latest Harvard Business Review talking how many times (on difficult problems) it is better to ask questions rather than fighting for the solution.

Because in the process of asking all the why's you tend to find the whats but also spur other avenues of creativity.
