    How did we get here?

At least a portion of our country appears to say that illegal immigration is ok. There's far more than just illegal Latinos coming across.

Is it perhaps that people just quit caring?

We can see the reason certain lawyers & others, who have run or are continuing to run for political positions, do so. They have lots of monetary reasons if they can get elected. It's a way to attack from within.

I'm no expert on our border situation, but there's the media that paints their picture to people who live far away from the borders. Some people only go by what they are allowed to know and hear and so therefore don't or won't consider that there may be more to what's being told or not told.

It really gets tiring, seeing certain faces on the news anytime these people are here protesting as though they don't have to follow any laws. Laws not just pertaining to citizenship and border security.

That's one thing I've been saying for a while. The vast majority of Americans have zero clue about the illegal immigration issue because they are only fed certain information about it. There's no way to make it happen but it would be great if only the border states had a say in immigration policy.

K-12 public disinformation...er, I mean education. Followed by 3-4 years of radical indoctrination via pseudo-intellectual, 60's era commie/cultural marxist professors. Toss in 20+ years of fear of being called a "racist / xenophobic / white privileged bigot", or silencing by way of political correctness and "hate speech."

Most/many have simply been silenced for fear of reaction like we see at Trump rallies.
