I see a lot of bad blood from left over from the 08 election ( A lot of people think the Clintons started the birther movement). If Obama does charge Crooked Clinton he opens up the entire DNC to the dirt they have on them, as you know the Clintons will go down swinging. That is why I dont think she has been charged so far.

Although I agree that Biden will wipe the floor with Trump. I think that Obama is gauging whether or not Clinton can win against Trump. He will not let Trump spoil what he has spent the past 7.5 years working on. If Hillary stumbles he will sacrifice a lot to keep Trump out.

Hillary indictment coming in next 3-4 weeks, just before the democratic convention. At that point, Biden will step into the race.

This is what my source in D.C. says. No idea how viable it is, but he was 90% spot on last time when he sent me something about EPA's WOTUS rule before it was announced.

Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said she provided "all potentially work-related emails" that were still in her possession when she received the 2014 request from the State Department.

"Secretary Clinton had some emails with Huma that Huma did not have, and Huma had some emails with Secretary Clinton that Secretary Clinton did not have," Fallon said.

Fallon declined to say whether Clinton deleted any work-related emails before they were reviewed by her legal team. Clinton's lead lawyer, David Kendall, did not respond to a request for comment Thursday.

As the AP reports, "the emails ... show that the State Department technical staff disabled software on their systems intended to block phishing emails that could deliver dangerous viruses."

The staff members did so, the emails show, because "they were trying urgently to resolve delivery problems with emails sent from Clinton's private server."

In one email, a senior technical official, Ken LaVolpe, told IT employees that "this should trump all other activities." The emails also describe the IT staff's frustration at trying to figure out what is blocking Clinton's emails.
