You missed the part where you can buy guns even while being investigated. Investigation is merely a corroboration of a suspicion—no charges have been filed, no information issued, no complaint, no trial, no appearance, no lawyer, no nothing.

I didn't say he could buy guns while under investigation, only that it would throw red flags...

I have to trust that the FBI catches the vast majority of the terrorist activity occurring in the US. I think we are doing pretty good considering how many terrorists are currently here.

Hillary Clinton ACTUALLY just said "If you are under investigation by the FBI you should not be able to buy a gun". --While that may be true-You shouldn't be able to run for president either. Just saying.

Does anybody have a credible link to her saying this?I saw it several times on FB with nothing to support that it's true.(Not saying that it isn't)

I saw her yesterday via Fox news giving a "news conference". She said it and also said if you are on a no fly list, you shouldn't be able to buy a gun. Then she went on and talked about removing "Guns of War" from the streets of America and stopping the on-line gun sales and gun show sales!!!
