The current administration can't end fast enough

Women in the Infantry, Transgender bathrooms, and now this.

One of the most time-honored phrases in the Marine Corps — "every Marine a rifleman" — could get an update as the service's top leaders consider new gender-neutral job titles for all positions.

I would be laughing that they are even discussing it in the Marine Corps, but they have held the line better than the Army.

This mindset is here to stay I believe. While I agree that this entire administration can't go away fast enough, not much will change with these topics now that the wheel is in motion. The sky is the limit and we'll just keep moving on to the next thing. Nothing is off limits and everything is open for consideration.

I think we need to heed the wisdom of GK Chesterton's comment, "Whenever you remove any fence, always pause long enough to ask yourself, 'Why was it put there in the first place?'

But at least with them gone, and hopefully not a Clinton administration, maybe this stupidity will subside. I agree that it is hard to go back and undo this administration's social agenda changes to the military.

And more from the Army. First female infantry officer by branch transfer is assigned to an assignment that most infantry officers would kill for.

There are several hundred thousand brave soldiers rolling over in their graves up in Arlington cemetery and other places all over the world. I sure Obama never ever sets foot on any of this hallowed ground.

Man, I can't get past having women in direct combat infantry roles...it creeps me out. Cannot believe my beloved USA would even want to consider my daughter in the sights of a draft. This country is getting so jacked up on priorities.

That's a big piece of pork chop to bite on right there. Benning is all business.

Use to be. I haven't been there since 1982 so I don't have a frame of reference anymore. I may have to burn my Ft Benning school for wayward boys t-shirt now.

when the new Secretary of the Army is an openly gay male, it tells you all you need to know of how BHO views the military

The administration is mainly concerned about social change and has used the military to do so.

There will never be another draft. I have a daughter too and I have no worries. They haven't including females into the selective service requirement. Women in combat is more for those that WANT to be in a combat role than implementing an equal policy of putting women into combat roles.
