        Hard to say, I heard a guy on conservative talk radio explaining the rules and there are so many it's hard to make sense of it. To make it worse they can vote to change rules mid process. Interesting is right.

        Honestly I think in both the primary and the general it should go to popular vote. No electoral college. No winner take all. No freaking delegates. Just Americans voting.
