There was a story early on after Trump announced that said Obama, HRC, and DC power brokers were in panic mode over Trump's candidacy. That if elected, HRC would go to jail, Obama's deceit exposed and his legacy unraveled, and that when the money influence over government - Rep and Dem - was exposed, it would destroy all trust between the people and government and shut the country down.

It warned to watch for the corporate controlled media on both sides to do everything it could to take down Trump so he couldn't even get to the election. Maybe there was something to that.

Overall, a decent and somewhat thought provoking article. Started off decent and then imploded on itself for a bit then got back to some salient points. I doubt that Trump will be the nations savior (can we call him the messiah now.....lol) and straighten out our ills..........but he has surprised me for 6 months.

Maybe but most likely way over blown and an endorsement piece. Trump while he never had the label of a politician has been in bed with politicians for his entire adult life. Paying them off to get what he wants. That makes him part of the problem and part of the political class. If he can make shady deals in his private life what keeps him from making shady deals once he's immersed in political waters. Trump does whats good for Trump.

Bennett's reasoning makes perfect sense, IF Trump is telling the truth about what his goals and views are now and that he's changed from how he's been his whole life.

If Trump is still the same guy he's been his whole life though, Bennett's reasoning is just wishful thinking that will lead to major disappointment when reality sets in.

The problem is that none of us know for sure what the truth is with Trump. He's all over the map so much and so often that there is no way to believe anything that he says. The only way you can tell what he wants to do is to wait until he's finished and then look and see what he did. Judging by his past, that doesn't lead me to agree with Bennett's assessment personally. But I understand how people can buy into it out of hope that it might actually be true.

The IF's and MAYBE's in that story were.....well......speculation at best! Good thought provoking article with probably some decent merit. Killing Trump or a deadly "accident" would definitely tear this union apart as the "so-called" militia would definitely go buckwild!

Let me get this logic straight: people are tired of voting for politicians who are bought and paid for, so they're just cutting out the middleman and voting for the guy who was doing the buying?
