Actually Nancy, the Constitution says the Senate "shall consider" the nominations. Nowhere does it say they are required "act upon that consideration."

problem might be that Obama tries to pull a rope a dope. Offer up that rep gov. Then when they cave switch on them. Then they are left trying to defend flip floping.


I just saw where the Nevada gov took himself out of consideration so I guess Obama will have to get someone else but I would still suspect something similar.
