I think it was hard to call him a career politician with 4 years in the US Senate and 8 as a state Senator. All I heard from the right was "he lacks the experience to be our president, he was just a community organizer, etc". Yes, Trump understands our economy to a good extent, forcing any side out of the neutral zone is a great thing, but he seems less qualified to me than Obama was 7 LONG years ago. I am an Independent and do not like our current leader much at all. But I am hard pressed to believe that Trump is any different. I am also very surprised that so many Repubs. consider him a conservative. He has flip flopped on self deportation within the last 3 years, he admits that the economy does better with a Democrat president, believes in women's right to abortion, talked about assault weapons ban, called Bush the "worst press. in history". I just do not understand how he gets so much attention from the right.

If hate could be comparatively measured 0%-100%, Trump is about 30% and Hillary is about 99.9%.

I've said it before. It's still the primary, no need to settle for anything other than a real conservative. I'll worry about holding my nose to avoid electing a socialist when that time comes but now we should work to give us a better choice so we don't have to.

I liked Trump at first and with regard to how he framed the issues. But the way he just turns on people who disagree with him is just ridiculous. Then the Cruz p___y incident. No class and no way people will work with a man like that.

I'm a long time die hard Republican and I would vote for Bernie Sanders over Trump. But not Hillary. Hoping Kasich can some how rise above the fray and save us from the Donald.

Why bother, I have no interest in changing your mind about Trump.

I'm enjoying watching the Trump haters work themselves into a lather trying to justify their dislike for a guy that is vocalizing the same things they want.

I like the guy, I like that he can't be easily bought like the others, I like that he knows how to get things done. I like that he says what he thinks without worrying about hurting some feelings.

Will he make a difference, yeah I think so. He probably won't fill the utopian wishlists I see written here, but yes I think he will improve our nation if he gets the chance.
