    Fraud

If you keep up with X or other media that has Trump and team posting list on this thread when they talk about exposing fraud.
Every day I read X I see a couple like the below. Every day I lean more towards it's all BS since nothing seems to ever be done.

    I saw two today.
Unemployment fraud - Look here https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1910173756724564323

    And
This one about those who orchestrated the attacks against Tesla https://x.com/MarioNawfal/status/1909702146347381086

Why does no one actually go to jail?

So the Dems can use facial recognition to bust everyone who was at Jan 6th and put them in prison for 4 years...
But we can't bust the people that have been cashing these checks? Seems 50x easier to locate these people as they can track the money.

The left: Trump is destroying democracy!

The right: Trump hasn’t done enough!

This second term has made people go nuts. Let me ask you a question RR1, what good would it do to bring about charges and try the perps in a broken two tiered judicial system?

In my opinion there’s no point until the corruption in the judicial branch is cleaned out. Currently we have corrupt state BAR associations, activist judges, incompetent/weak judges, corrupt law enforcement, etc that all need to be reigned in but can’t until more of the masses wake up to reality. Remember we aren’t even 3 months into this second term and I do believe it will happen but it’s going to require some things to happen first. Finally congress did something and passed a bill that limits these tyrant district judges, it’s a step in the right direction. I have faith that people will pay for their deeds, it just won’t be next week.

Who do you charge with a crime?

Look, we just found a million dollars wrongly spent!!

We need to immediately arrest……. who?

But has the senate passed that bill?

Been idle for decades and now want immediate change…securing our borders comes first. Kicknout those not supposed to be here. Then start to focus on this stuff. Saftey and security of the nation first.

i am thankful for the work being done

I think you guys are not getting what I'm thinking.

We are getting some good changes obviously. And sure that's great but when they scream they just 100% caught fraud over and over and over...that's stupid. Just say you found mis-spending or at the very least say possible fraud.

Diamond10x - That may be a decent point. But I'd still like to see a few get charged. If they could always put Trump in front of liberal judges why can't Bondi have all these people in front of conservative judges? I'm just tired of all talk but zero walk. Don't want to hear excuses like "give them more time" that's totally open ended.
How much time is enough? His first 4 years wasn't. Now he's supposedly ticked off... So tell me at what point do you guys agree with me, in another year, 2 years, or at the end of his 4 year term?

But YES I do want immediate action if they really flat out bust someone with fraud. It's stupid to not want that.

TVC - Start by jailing those who have been "cashing" the checks. At least scare the hell out of who-ever was top dog approving SS and unemployment checks.

I get you...the swamp is bigger, deeper and has more tentacles than anyone ever thought. POTUS knows what he is up against now (for Gods sake they tried to kill him multiple times). His only play is to make the in roads as far as he can, hope the people agree and then vote in a like minded individual 4 years from now.

To expect any drastic and sweeping correction at this point is naïve IMHO...but I may be a bit pessimistic due to zero faith in any .gov

I'm not asking for sweeping correction. Just a few arrests when they scream they've proven fraud. How about 1 Epstein island arrest, is that too much to ask?

nope...but at this point I do not think they will ever deliver, way to many compromised individuals and way too much $$$ and other nations involved....the house of cards would tumble.

How about the 4 year old or the 200 year old collecting unemployment? You can’t convince me most of these payment recipients can’t be identified with cheap and simple investigatory techniques. In fact, the lack of indictments or DOJ press release leads me to believe the flag waving being down by Elon on this is, once again, only the part of the story that plays to the fears of the people worshiping him. The full story will likely reveal it’s not actually a 4 year old or a 200 year old receiving payments. It’s likely not even fraudulent in most cases, rather data integrity issues that don’t actually cause significant harm.

I did the research to expose the misleading he carried out with the Social Security issues. I won’t waste my time doing similar research with this unemployment birthdate issue.

I didn’t say that no crime was committed.

Who do you charge or where do you find this 115 year old person that doesn’t exist?

If I am checking receipts at a restaurant at closing time and they’re supposed to have $10,000 worth of credit card receipts or cash on hand but I an only coming up with $9,500, who do I file charges on? Did one of the 10 waiters take it in cash? Did the cashier ring up false charges or skimmed a credit card or allowed friends to walk the check? The police can’t just say, money is missing so let’s start arresting people.

I have arrested people for state crimes but walked the information to the US Attorney for federal charges. With the person in custody it took the USA a year to bring charges.

Trump has been in office for two and a half months and you think that charges should be out?

Ask any of the federal agents or police officers on TBH, I’m sure there are many, on how often federal charges are filed in a couple of weeks…. even in the person is known.

So now they find where payments were improperly made. So who authorize it? Who got the money?

They may never file charges or they may file a slew of them. Not having charges in two months, however shows absolutely nothing. They would not bring charges that fast if I handed them a 4 inch thick folder full of evidence. The feds love to follow the money trails and see how far they go.

So maybe the deep state will step in and cover it up or maybe there’s a bunch of investigations going on that we don’t know about. Not having arrests at the federal level in less than three months is meaningless.

I have had one experience with that of which you speak. A woman embezzled $60,000 from a business in which I was a co-owner. We had to hire our own private investigator and handwriting expert and lay all of this in the DA’s lap to get him to actually charge the heifer. Even then, the judge let her pay it back in amounts so small that my part was like money from a paper route. Took her a few years to pay it back. I would have given my part to see her locked up !

And that was probably the state which typically moves much quicker on the actual filing of charges.

I can’t imagine the DOJ would have a case ready to bring in 4-8 weeks if they were working hard at it. 4-8 months? Maybe but unlikely.
