The problem is feelings...it's all about not hurting someone's feeling! Everyone gets a participation trophy! The last two generations have been taught to "play nice and share", but the world isn't nice and doesn't share. It's a world of "likes" now and they all want everyone to like them.

My wife is like that..."You always have to 'teach someone a lesson'..." she tells me. She always asks me if I "would like to be treated like that?" No I wouldn't, but you have a right to treat me how ever you'd like and I can just deal with it. I learned early and have always "dealt with it."

Sorry, but I don't f'n care if they like me and I darn sure don't like them. It's called "I don't care what you think about me" and that's how I deal with other people's feelings!

You make a great point and I thought of how many times I’ve seen it here. I don’t care for making a joke out of someone’s disability and wish that it wasn’t allowed here.
