I think if one subscribes to the principles of Sun-Tzu the Cartels are missing a Golden opportunity in Trump’s “Golden Age”. I believe if the cartels started taking out certain liberal judges, politicians, and Soros cronies then slacked off the child sex trade and a few other out of bounds activities they would become overlooked by the USA and even I dare say appreciated by some.

For usual tactics and methods they are most definitely barbaric, but that is by design . Don’t underestimate their sophistication in legitimate and undetected assassinations. They have some of the best on their payroll. They are so good at their craft that most of the public is unaware of their missions completed. They carried one out in Dallas a few years back that took U.S. almost six months to put it together. They were long gone and sipping sweet tea somewhere.
