But as mentioned already...Places like Columbia won't be tariffed. They know Trump isn't bluffing and will cave super fast.
So no worries yet. But if a Country does stand it's ground I'd rather be a man and pay 25% more for whatever (or buy same product from another Country) and wait until we win.

I think the whole scenario was orchestrated for the visuals of looking tough but ultimate goal was for the Columbians to send their own planes for pickup and eventual disposal of their trash somewhere over open water. Once they are in International Waters closer to Colombia, I don't have a problem with anything they do. Their trash to dispose of as they see fit.

Yep. I didn't really understand "Columbia won't let our planes land". Why did we need to land? They're military transport planes. Drop the loading ramp and send them home.
