Absolutely not. Unless going forward all waste is cut, all budgets will be balanced every current fiscal year and the debt will be reduced by 5% each fiscal year. Nobody living on our tax dollars gets a raise until the deficit is gone. All federal budgets are actually cut each year during the pay down. Tax rates are guaranteed to not ever go up during the pay down. All personal savings and properties are guaranteed. I would consider it at that point.
