I have said it on here before but it deserves another mention. My grandmother is fixing to turn 96 and spry as they come and a real spitfire with all her faculties. She was born in 1929 and grew up barefoot in the Great Depression as the 14th of 15 children. She was alive during Pearl Harbor, WWII, the reveal of the Holocaust, had two brothers die in Japanese POW camps, Jim Crow Laws/Civil Rights Movements/Segregation, US Embassy Debacle in Tehran, September 11th, and the COVID scam.

She has said it to my face before, with full convication, that January 6th was the worst thing to happen to America and Americans in her entire lifetime.

I am to the point that I just don’t give a rat’s rear end what happens. If you believe the Bible, and I do, then all of this will be settled on God’s terms and in His time. I bet she watches abc nightly news religiously...thats just the propaganda working. My mom is the same & tows the line as she's told (or not told).

and sadly she probably thinks that hundreds were killed that day, versus the one that was murdered by a Capital Cop....how anyone can ignore the videos of the cops ushering them into the capitol standing around doing nothing other than encouraging the people to go in is mind boggling but of course doubtful any "news" she watches would ever show that. My dad was in WW2 in Pacific, born in 24 and life same as your Grandmother, and I doubt he would vote for Trump if alive today, to hard core democrat.

Yep. My grandfather left Baylor after Pearl Harbor to join the Marines and was on Iwo Jima when they lifted the flag on Mt. Sirubachi. If he were around today I would bet the house that he would never vote anything other than Democrat.

IMO You have to seriously second guess everything they've ever told us or you're no different than her (on things pre-X). Not only second guess but you better assume they leave crap out, add crap in etc. And how would you ever know?
