My opinion, dude chose a lifestyle of non stop physical and mental stress. A lifestyle that more likely than not destroys your family. After 20 years of it, he had a mental breakdown.

The state of our Veterans is a sad one. They deserve better than what they are getting

for the record, I think Shawn means well and I dont think he would intentionally exploit a fellow veteran like that. He does seem to have blinders that make him gullible to people in government service though.

Agree. Shawn tends to take a lot of people at their word, which makes his show very interesting. But also has to be listened to with a skeptical ear.
