Idk. I feel like there's a good chance Iran would have become a great democracy and a valuable ally if the US and Britain hadn't set the stage for Khamenei's takeover. I know that was not their intent but they are responsible for their greed.

Anyone seen his speech? He talks like he's rejected intolerance and refuses to be controlled by Iran. If he's being honest and stands his ground, this could be a good thing. We'll have to watch and see

I actually went out with a girl/lady who's father was in the Shah's finance ministry, Christian, and the Khomeini actually kept him on after the fall but he saw the writing on the wall and eventually they got away to the U.S. Boy she was hot too !!!
