He is a brilliant astrophysicist however since he has become a celebrity he has continually veered out of his lane and thinks he is speaking with authority about all kinds of other stuff. Moron media types ask questions and just nod along with whatever he says. Your average well informed conservative could destroy him in a debate on any topic not in his specialty.
