Breaking news - Judge dismisses Trump Classified docs case

Just saw on DW that the judge dismissed the classified docs case in Florida. She said Jack Smith was illegally appointed as special counsel.

Yup, saw this earlier this morning. Of course, somebody mentioned that they could seek a new trial with another prosecutor.
