Cuban Takes Stand on Minimum Wage Increases

Mark Cuban is all for substantial minimum wage increases stating that when people earn minimum wage it is often the taxpayers who make up the difference. So, will my taxes be reduced in direct proportion to any increases in minimum wage?

If we increase the minimum wage to $18 per hour nationwide, your income US taxes will drop approximately 10% since we are currently running on a balanced national budget.

Raise it to $30 then so all taxes can go down to what they were in the 1950's or so. And that will also solve social security funding issues and also bring down car insurance and health insurance to 1990 levels

And give us more 271" bucks to shoot at.

Well he’s wrong. It may temporarily alleviate tax burden of social programs, but very quickly the cost of living elevates to compensate.

he is smart and knows you can’t raise wages without without the cost of everything rising. What you think Cuban is going to willingly take home less because his janitors, the folks doing the team laundry and ticket booth workers are suddenly making more. No… it will cost more per ticket and a mavs jersey will increase accordingly.

So Cuban's rational is that people will take more individual responsibility if you give them less incentive to better themselves?

Its amazing how fast a very smart person can loose touch with reality when leftism/wokism has been introduced to them.

Cuban done spent too much time in a men's locker room. He loves him some rainbow flags and sneakers and anything WOKE. San Fransisco is calling his name.

Can't stand the guy, he's one of the smart stupid people. Hey Mark, look at how the mandatory min. wage thing is going in Cally. Restaurants/fast food places are just firing their employees or closing and leaving the state. It's all over the headlines, you can read about it for hours. Everything the libtards touch ends up actually hurting people.

The thing about him and people like him is they surround themselves with "yes" people. They rarely if at all are critized for their thoughts and actions. Then when they do step out of that safe bubble they have been in for so long and are challenged they divert to name calling, victimization and diversion. A perfect example of this is when Newsome debated Desantis.

All the businesses that will close due to increase costs will put workers out of work and then they will end up relying more heavily on the US taxpayer.

Funny thing about studying economics is when you get past the introduction which is all theory it just becomes calculus. You cant change input variables such as labor and think nothing else in the equation wont change. Its just math.

Very well stated, sir, and so obvious, even a person like Mark Cuban can understand it.
