That said, shouldn’t he have also had to register as a foreign agent while representing foreign companies in this country for business interests? I’m pretty sure that’s a requirement but it never happened.

The evidence is on the laptop. He was on drugs at the time when he purchased the pistol, and he answered no to the drug question on the 4473. A very cut and dry case…… for us. Either a plea deal will be made, or the judge will dismiss the case. I’m leaning very heavily towards the plea deal with no time served and community service.
