DOJ authorized the FBI to use deadly force

All over X today. DOJ authorized the FBI to use deadly force in the disgraceful MAL raid.
How in the world can they justify that?

they don't have to justify that or anything they do. It's wrong but hey, the bastages will continue to stomp on our rights. Trump is right, they are coming after him, but we are next.

That sounds off being all LE and even private citizens are authorized to use deadly force under the same circumstances. DOJ cant authorize the use of deadly force for anything other than defense against serious bodily injury and or death. Someone trying to say they authorized deadly force for compliance?

I would assume that’s the case for just about every warrant?

All search warrants have potential for use of Deadly Force. This is one of those deals that can be easily over dramatic but it’s really a nothing

I was hoping you'd chime in. Was wondering if that was the case. But also thinking it makes no sense either way.

The no LE marking request is very unnerving unless that was something pre arranged with Trump for PR purposes well in advance of any execution. Now that I think about it didn’t they “perp walk” the hell out of that warrant execution?

So deadly force against other government agents (Secret Service).

I laugh because the wimpy FBI guys would get killed by secret service and Trump’s private staff. The freakin butler or gardener could take out FBI.

I have been busy all day and just seeing this. I had to google it after reading the comments to understand the commotion.

Wow, the police are “authorized to use force if necessary?? So that’s why they are carrying guns???

When I spent 10 years on swat, sometimes running raids, other officers would ask, what is your authorization to use deadly force!?

Uhhhhh….. Chapter 9 of the Texas Penal Code, the same as you. Paraphrased, when you or another person is in danger of imminent serious bodily injury or death.

There is no magic decoder ring or special authorization for swat, it’s just the same law for everyone else, including now LEOs.

I think the FBI and DOJ wanted a Waco outcome at the MAL raid.

Obviously all people have the right... I guess that's why people seeing it for the first time think it's weird to be in writing. If it's written in every warrant search no foul.

Then why the need to highlight it beforehand?

They wanted another Waco. For a document dispute. That was being negotiated by legal counsel. With the former POTUS. Guarded by Secret Service.

                              F’ing third-world clown show.
