I am not a lawyer but this might be a strategy to force Fox to avoid reporting any more negative HB stories due to pending litigation or a gag order of some kind. Possibly also a way to force Fox to divulge exactly what other negative info they know about HB but haven’t reported yet. Perfect timing in regards to the election.
