Looks like Hunter hearing is today... I heard he is a no show. LOL What will happen?

Absolutely nothing. He will just be pardoned by dad anyway. Waste of time and money all around just like the trump trials. Should stop all of it.

They are saying that Hunter's bidnez partner is spilling the beans on Joe and Hunter. Not that it will ever matter. Hunter will get a pardon and dad will pardon himself. The majority democrat senate will never convict old mumbles.

Our country has turned into the land of the freeloaders and the home of the felons. Oh well, life sucks and then you die !

If he doesn’t show up for a congressional subpoena, Congress has no authority to prosecute.

There would be no need for a pardon, because Congress cannot hold a person in contempt and convict.

It is no different than a private citizen being the victim of a crime, for example a burglary. If a person breaks into your home, you have absolutely no authority to charge that man and bring him to court. What you can do is ask the police to investigate and the district attorney to present the case in court.

Congress could present the case to the US Attorney’s Office which is the federal version of a state district attorney. That USA could bring charges.

Let’s take an informal poll here to see who thinks that the Department of Justice under Biden, will take charges against Hunter Biden for contempt.

Well, Peter Navarro has had to report to jail for this very same thing. But he's a Trump guy.

I don’t think anyone is saying he will be pardoned from “contempt of Congress,” no he will be pardoned for taking bribes, being an unregistered foreign agent, treason and doing a rail of coke off a 10 yr old Ukrainian hooker….

it’s literally unfathomable that bumbling Joe and coke head Hunter pulled this off with no paper, electronic or other trail connecting the dots.

This is where we are in American politics, we can’t talk about the giant elephant in the room…

                        Certainly.

Lest we think that AG Merrick Garland will see eye to eye that a Trump adviser is equal to his boss’s son.

Sorry, it went over my head.

But my comment was still correct. It was the right answer to the wrong question 😎
