      Leftist racist have helped proper folk identify such areas to avoid. Across the land streets or buildings will have names like MLK or Chavez.

      So when you are looking for a hotel room at dark thirty after a long day of driving you know where not to stop.

      Same folk invented the KKKK, put abortion clinics around and feed gov cheese.
